Financial Analyst

The Role

This position sits within the finance function of a financial services firm and focuses on financial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and evaluate business performance.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct trend analysis and provide insights on financial and market performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Assess financial risks and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Assist with financial audits, regulatory reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to deliver actionable insights.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis tools, and data management applications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
