Financial Analyst, FP&A 26M26

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our company's financial planning initiatives and providing insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and reports. Your ability to interpret and relate financial insights to business strategies will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to create operating budgets and financial plans.
• Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on financial variances and identify areas of improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of budgetary control systems.
• Conduct financial analysis on company performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist in financial due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Review and analyze budget vs. actual performance on a regular basis.
• Liaise with finance and accounting departments for accurate financial data exchange.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Provide financial insights to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-4 years in financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data and insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software preferred.
