Job Description

As a Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will play a crucial role in guiding the financial decisions of the organization. Your expertise will be vital in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning, ensuring the organization remains on track to meet its financial goals. You will collaborate closely with different departments, providing them with insightful data analysis and business performance metrics. Your analytical skills, combined with a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, will support senior management in making informed decisions that drive profitability and growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights that support business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to aid in financial planning.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate financial data analysis.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to automated financial reporting processes and systems.
  • Conduct financial analysis related to cash flow management and capital expenditure planning.
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain confidential financial information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in financial analysis or related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for report preparation.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion preferred.
