Job Description

A Financial Analyst is an essential part of any organization, responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts.
  • Evaluate and monitor business performance by analyzing key financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark financial performance against industry norms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Liaise with external auditors during financial audits and reviews.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
  • Maintain and update financial databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a similar financial analyst role within an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using financial software, databases, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and industry compliance standards.
