Wealth Manager / Independent Financial Advisor Opportunity in Dubai

This Dubai-based role is suited to experienced Wealth Managers and Independent Financial Advisors who want to take their career to the next level in a dynamic, international financial hub.

You will work directly with clients in a face-to-face capacity, delivering tailored financial advice aligned to their medium- and long-term objectives, while leveraging internal support teams to enhance productivity and client service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise clients on a range of financial planning areas including:
• Lump sum investments
• Retirement planning
• Education fee funding
• Life insurance
• Estate and inheritance tax planning
• Conduct detailed financial planning analysis
• Meet clients regularly to assess evolving financial needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Develop new business opportunities and grow your client base
• Lead and manage support staff such as Business Development Managers or Paraplanners
  

What’s on Offer

Salary & Commission

• Base salary of AED 12,000 per month
• Commission structure:
• £0–100K revenue: 30%
• £101K–£250K revenue: 35%
• £251K+ revenue: 40%
• Cold and SMF business: 40%
• Uncapped earning potential
  

Business Ownership & Flexibility

• Full ownership of your client book and AUM
• Ability to take clients with you if you leave
• Option to sell your book upon exit

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
• Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management
• Clean regulatory history with no client complaints or sanctions

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
