Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Manager – Financial Systems & Transformation to support the delivery and continuous improvement of key financial systems across the Automotive division. This role works closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance, strong data integrity, and effective adoption of planning, reporting, and analytics solutions that support business decision making.

What You Will Do

• Provide business side support for financial planning, reporting, and analytics systems including SAP BPC (IFRP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Support the design, configuration, and enhancement of financial planning and reporting applications aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and integrity across planning, BI, and group reporting platforms.
• Contribute to the development of management dashboards, forecast packs, and KPI tracking reports for senior leadership.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and IT, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, system integration, and data quality.
• Support user training and enablement initiatives to drive adoption and effective use of financial systems.
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful

• 3–6 years of experience in financial systems support, planning tools, or finance transformation roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications are an advantage
• Experience working with enterprise scale ERP and financial systems
• Hands on exposure to SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
  
  

About The Team

You will join the Financial Systems & Transformation team, supporting strategic initiatives that enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities across the Automotive business. The team partners closely with Business Finance, FP&A, and IT to deliver scalable, reliable, and user friendly financial systems.

What Equips You For The Role

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Exposure to large enterprise or automotive environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial systems, planning tools, and FP&A processes
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to document business requirements clearly and work effectively with cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills to engage both finance and technology stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
