Finance Project Manager

Description

• Responsible for the accounting and invoicing of four to five domestic project companies, including regular internal intercompany reconciliations, tenant reconciliation and collection, as well as supplier payments;
• Responsible for the accounting and invoicing of the domestic management company;
• Responsible for tax filings (corporate income tax, business tax, value-added tax) and preparation of tax-related documents for the managed companies;
• Responsible for organizing accounting documents and archiving contracts for the managed companies;
• Responsible for various annual inspections of the managed companies;
• Responsible for other finance-related tasks of the managed companies.
  
  

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in Accounting or Finance;
• Hold an Accounting Qualification Certificate;
• At least 2 years of finance work experience in a foreign company;
• CET-4 or above, with good English reading and writing skills;
• Proficient in using the SAP system.
  
  

• Experience with real estate finance, investment analysis, or asset management.
• Familiarity with financial software systems and project management tools.
• Proficient in using the SAP system.
