Finance Manager

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in leading the month-end close process, overseeing financial reporting, and performing detailed variance analysis to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards. What You’ll Do

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in leading the month-end close process, overseeing financial reporting, and performing detailed variance analysis to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards. Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Middle East Finance team, providing oversight, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality financial operations.
• Oversee monthly close activities, including review of reconciliations and detailed variance analysis, while partnering with the Tampa team to ensure timely and accurate consolidated reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with Middle East (UAE & KSA) statutory requirements, managing local audits and supporting direct and indirect tax filings; assist with corporate audit preparation and maintain robust financial documentation and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function by implementing new procedures, strengthening internal processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Support monthly, weekly, and ad hoc forecasting processes, providing analytical insights across departments, including financial modeling and support for large bids and RFPs.
• Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives.
  
  

Must-Haves

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant working experience in a related field required.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in a corporate accounting organization.
• 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in international accounting and complex matrix structures is an advantage.
• Experience with UAE and KSA compliance
• Previous knowledge with general ledger programs (SAGE & Quickbooks), accounting systems and/ or financial reporting applications
