Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple companies across Asia and Europe.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in international finance, managing multi-entity organizations, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel internationally to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of multiple trading companies across Asia and Europe.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong financial governance, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Manage cross-border financial structures, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams and external advisors across various jurisdictions.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, legal consultants, and tax advisors.
• Conduct regular international travel to review and support financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of international finance, cross-border transactions, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Previous experience within trading companies, multinational organizations, or holding groups is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
