Finance Manager

The capital formation team is hiring a Finance Manager based in Dubai. This is a senior role suited to a finance professional with deep expertise across financial planning, treasury, internal controls, and corporate reporting, ideally with exposure to real estate development or property advisory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Deliver financial analysis, performance reporting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Support fundraising initiatives and financing activities with financial institutions.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal controls, and corporate reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS, COSO-based internal control frameworks, and financial governance.
• Experience in real estate development, property advisory, or consultancy is preferred.
