We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our entities and ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.


This role requires a deep understanding of IFRS, DFSA prudential rules, and strong technical and managerial skills to support regulatory compliance and financial planning. The role also includes oversight of accounting functions, audits, payroll, and cross-departmental financial support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the DFSA and other relevant regulatory authorities, managing all regulatory communications and correspondence.
  • Prepare and submit all required DFSA prudential regulatory returns (quarterly and annual) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with DFSA rules, DIFC financial regulations, and applicable IFRS standards.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of the financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure the consolidation and financial requirements are met across all Raseed entities.
  • Oversee and manage the firm’s financial projections and budgeting for the business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and internal departments on all financial matters.
  • Manage the entire audit process and in collaboration with external auditors.
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Maintain and periodically update the Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal financial controls, and company policies.
  • Monitor regulatory capital and liquidity requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Promptly report any breaches of regulatory capital or liquidity.
  • Ensure financial compliance with DFSA rules and DIFC financial regulations.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit engagements.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, working capital planning, and petty cash control.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements and manage banking relationships.
  • Oversee the cash flow and liquidity position of the company.
  • Manage the accounts payable cycle and ensure proper record-keeping of vendor transactions.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes and validate customer account reports.
  • Resolve financial queries and disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and HR to ensure effective financial support for internal processes and special projects.
  • Manage HR-related financial processes, including payroll preparation and processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and statutory contributions.
  • Perform additional tasks or duties as may be reasonably required to ensure proper performance of the role.
  • Continuously support process improvement initiatives in finance and operational areas.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within a DFSA-regulated or DIFC-based organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial audits, budgeting, and regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Strong expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and DFSA prudential reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with the ability to oversee and manage the financial operations of a group or multiple entities
