About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech‑savvy Finance Manager with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management Accounting. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, proven experience in driving financial excellence, and the ability to implement and optimize ERP systems. Experience in an Insurance Brokerage environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions, growth strategies, and scenario planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
  

• Oversee cost management, revenue analysis, and profit optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support business units with financial expertise to improve operational efficiency.

• Lead or support ERP implementation projects (finance modules preferred).
• Drive automation, process improvements, and digitization initiatives across finance functions.
• Ensure system-generated financial data accuracy and troubleshoot financial system issues.
  

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with senior management and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and internal controls.
• Support audit processes and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff.
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong FP&A and Management Accounting experience is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in implementation ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).
• Highly tech‑savvy with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
