Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial operations,

ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, compliance with

statutory requirements, and supporting strategic business decisions. The role requires strong

leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external

stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the accounting department and ensure timely and

accurate completion of major projects, month-end, and year-end financial reports.

Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring effective working capital management.

Maintain strong working relationships with bankers and suppliers; negotiate

settlements and financial terms where required.

Restructure financial liabilities with banks and statutory authorities as necessary.

Maintain accurate and complete financial records and actively participate in internal

and external audits.

Support other departments in developing strategies, setting objectives, and making

financially impactful decisions.

Stay updated on the latest developments, regulations, and best practices in the

finance industry.

Evaluate, develop, and improve financial controls, systems, and procedures to

enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.

Manage payroll processing through WPS and cash payments.

Finalize accounts and assist with VAT filing, AML compliance, and corporate tax

filings.

Oversee inventory control and management.

Coordinate with SIRA authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional

certifications preferred).

Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, AML regulations, and labor law

requirements.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.
