Responsibilities

  • Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with tax and reporting regulations.
  • Advise senior management on financial planning and strategic vision settings.
  • Implement robust financial control systems to safeguard the organization’s assets.
  • Review and approve payrolls, invoicing, and other financial transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow positions and ensure proper liquidity to meet obligations.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental financial understanding with clear communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team for enhanced performance.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and implement necessary adaptations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is mandatory.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards essential.
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis is crucial.
  • Excellent leadership, managerial, and decision-making competencies are required.
  • Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
  • F&B background is required.
