Key job responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial controllership, developing robust financial reporting and analysis frameworks
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business improvement opportunities and cost optimization strategies
• Perform root cause analysis to uncover critical business insights and develop strategic improvement plans
• Design and implement financial policies that enhance organizational competitiveness and profitability
• Manage sophisticated financial planning, forecasting, and reporting models with precision and creativity

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelors degree and experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
