Job Description

6 month fixed term contract - seasoned Finance Manager.
Must have experience in both UAE and Africa Market.

About Our Client

An organisation operating in the industrial and manufacturing industry, based in Dubai.

Job Description

Manage and oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance to ensure stability and growth.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting and finance team.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager Interim should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be immediately available.
Experience in Africa market.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
Proficiency in financial systems and software relevant to the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow effectively.
Experience in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
