Job Description

The role of a Finance Manager is crucial in the fiscal stewardship and financial health of an organization.   • Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with organizational objectives.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity to meet the organization's financial obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial management role or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple financial projects and deadlines simultaneously.
