The Finance Manager position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the fiscal health of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker, adept at budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and risk management. The Finance Manager will lead a team of finance professionals, collaborating with senior management to drive financial performance and planning initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with department heads.
• Oversee budgeting process and provide monthly financial analysis to senior management.
• Assist senior executives in financial planning and results management.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members to maintain a high level of performance.
• Conduct risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines to safeguard the company’s assets.
• Review and recommend technological upgrades to improve financial operations efficiency.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure statutory requirements are met, timely and accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in financial accounting systems and software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
