Job Description

The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and managing the financial future of the organization. This position involves overseeing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with executive management to devise strategies for optimizing financial performance and managing risks. Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements at all levels.
  • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with auditors for periodic internal and external audits of finances.
  • Implement and manage financial controls and procedures to ensure integrity.
  • Analyze market trends to discover new opportunities for financial growth.
  • Collaborate with other managers to support overall business objectives and plans.
  • Utilize financial analysis to drive strategic initiatives and long-term planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Proficient in the use of financial management software and tools with advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, standards, and risk management processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effectively leading a team.
  • Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is highly desirable for this position.
