Job Title: Finance Manager(CFO Level)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST

Salary Range: 3,500-6,000 USD/month depending on experience

About The Role

We are seeking a true finance owner to take full ownership of the finance function. This is more than bookkeeping—you’ll lead end-to-end financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and roll up your sleeves when needed. You’ll work closely with leadership while driving automation, efficiency, and accuracy in all finance processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance function with oversight of bookkeepers
• Cash flow forecasting and management
• Budget vs actuals tracking and analysis
• Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• 3-statement modeling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Accrual accounting oversight, including depreciation, amortization, and asset schedules
• Optimize ERP (NetSuite or similar) for efficiency and accuracy
• Drive automation and process improvements
• Support leadership in decision-making with actionable insights
• Hands-on execution when needed
  
  

• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Accrual accounting mastery
• FP&A and 3-statement modeling experience
• NetSuite or similar ERP proficiency
• Forecasting and financial modeling expertise
