Job Description

The Finance Manager is an imperative role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects and ensuring the company's fiscal soundness and compliance with financial regulations. This position entails strategic planning, managing financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting to executive management. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth financial knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a finance team toward achieving our organizational goals. This position demands proactive problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and goals.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting activities within the company.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes and business development.
  • Lead and coordinate the budgeting process, including periodic reviews and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, staying updated on changes.
  • Oversee the financial risk management process and develop mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Coordinate and prepare forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and improve financial policies, systems, and procedures to enhance financial operations.
  • Provide guidance and advice on financial matters to executive management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred by the company.
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is highly desirable and advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management or similar role required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning methods.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
