The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial health of an organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's financial policies and procedures for optimal management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and reporting variances.
• Manage and monitor all aspects of cash flow to maintain stability and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and laws.
• Lead monthly financial assessments and generate reports for the executive team.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory and management accounts.
• Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Supervise, motivate, and train the finance team for performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with financial management software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a team.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear manner to stakeholders.
