Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, typically at least five years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and ethical practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Experience leading finance teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present financial information to non-experts.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
