Finance Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant to join our team on a remote engagement. This role is open for C2C, C2H, or one-time placement arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across all NetSuite finance modules, leading implementations, optimizations, and providing functional support to enhance financial operations and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of NetSuite Financial modules, including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, ARM, ZAB, Revenue Recognition, Cash Management, and Taxation.

• Configure and optimize advanced NetSuite modules such as Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-Book Accounting, SuiteBilling, and Budgeting.

• Analyze business requirements, design customized end-to-end finance workflows, and recommend best practices for process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations, system customization, and workflow automation within NetSuite.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for actionable insights and compliance.

• Provide support for end-users, including troubleshooting, change management, training, and process documentation.

• Ensure all financial operations comply with accounting standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.

• Manage data integrity, migration, and integration with third-party or legacy systems.

• Participate in post-implementation reviews and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• CA, CMA, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of financial processes including GL, AR, AP, FA, revenue recognition, tax, budgeting, and reporting.

• Strong experience with advanced NetSuite modules and workflow automation.

• Proven ability to handle data migration, integration, and system customization.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• NetSuite Finance Certification is an added advantage.
