Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience managing budgets, operational finance, and cost structures in a fast-moving commercial environment. The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, cost analysis, and end-to-end financial coordination across procurement, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets and forecasts
• Manage daily finance operations including expense tracking and reporting
• Analyze private labeling / product costing and margin structures
• Calculate and monitor import & export costs, including duties, freight, and clearance charges
• Support pricing decisions through cost breakdowns and variance analysis
• Coordinate with operations, sourcing, and logistics teams on financial matters
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Assist in monthly closings, management reports, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with internal controls
  
  

• 3–4 years of relevant work experience in Dubai
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational finance
• Experience with private label costing and supply chain–related expenses
• Knowledge of import/export cost structures (freight, customs, duties, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
