As a Finance Executive some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate records of revenue transactions in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, local GAAP)
  • Review and manage Work in Progress (WIP) balances, ensuring accurate recognition, timely billing, and resolution of aged WIP items
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring completeness of data
  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Participate in regular portfolio and backlog reviews with client service teams to identify unbilled revenue and ensure appropriate follow-up and recognition
  • Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to review client contracts and ensure appropriate revenue treatment
  • Prepare revenue schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
  • Analyse revenue trends and variances, providing insights to management for decision-making
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate with clients as needed
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of revenue recognition policies and procedures
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and firm policies
