Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive specializing in Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable operations
• Process and reconcile incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports, identifying trends and discrepancies
• Perform billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Collaborate with the credit team to evaluate customer credit worthiness and establish appropriate credit limits
• Resolve payment discrepancies and handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of financial statements
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures for accounts receivable
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and systems
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role in hospitality industry
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting standards
