Job Description
The Finance Director for Gulf-Libya-Egypt (GLE) Cluster will be a strategic business partner for the Human Health organisation and strong finance professional, supporting our business and financial objectives.
They will lead and develop a team of Finance professionals and will be a key member of the GLE Leadership Team, playing a critical role in providing strategic and operational leadership to the Cluster.
The Primary Responsibilities Of The Role Are As Follows
- Ensure the companys financial matters are managed effectively and efficiently and in compliance with accounting principles and government regulations
- Ensure compliance, strong internal control environment and focus on working capital management
- Actively partner with business leaders to develop business strategy, identify business opportunities & prioritize investment and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Strategic input in business development deals and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with cross functional team to support preparations and planning for new products
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive demand planning, order management and supply into the market
- Drive innovation and productivity mindset in finance team, seeking to leverage digital, data and AI tools to drive insights and create business value
- Ensure efficient collaboration and process alignment with regional & shared service teams
- Active member of GLE Leadership Team and ensure a strong presence of finance within the GLE organization
- Lead and develop the GLE Finance team and be active member of the EEMEA Finance Leadership Team
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree and other financial qualifications
- Finance professional experience of minimum 10 years
- Experienced in leading financial teams
- Fluent English
