Finance Assistant

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with strong numerical and organizational skills who is eager to support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the finance department. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Maintain financial files, ledgers, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Process expense claims and monitor petty cash transactions.
• Support VAT documentation, tax filing, and audit preparation activities.
• Update accounting software and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and financial records.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain financial accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
