We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of financial reports and documents.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and organize ledger accounts and financial records systematically.
  • Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Handle queries related to accounts, expenses, and financial documentation.
  • Input, analyze, and report financial data efficiently using financial software.
  • Participate in audit preparation and respond to audit queries as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial practices and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a finance support role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with financial software systems and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with financial acumen.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
