Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes with detailed reports.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain financial documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Assist with budget preparations and track financial transactions effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for senior management review.
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Help maintain the financial database and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Contribute to financial audits and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance on finance-related requests.
  • Enhance financial policies and procedures to support overall business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience as a finance assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines effectively.
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
