Finance Analyst

Recently celebrated 50 years under the theme “Nearness”, we continue to build on what defines us: close collaboration, strong relationships, and a shared ambition to grow — together.  To strengthen our Finance team in Dubai, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst who will support financial planning, performance analysis and commercial decision-making across the Middle East region. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role offers strong exposure to regional business performance and close collaboration with Sales, Retail and Marketing teams.

Finance Analyst (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance vs. budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly management reporting for regional leadership and headquarters
• Support quarterly forecasting and the annual budgeting process
• Review and validate rebates during month-end closing and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Identify and correct posting errors (COGS, GL postings, cost centers) and maintain high data quality standards
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and flag potential financial risks to the Finance Manager
• Track and challenge marketing spend and commercial budgets
• Build financial models to support new initiatives, market expansion, and retail store openings
• Prepare retail store breakeven and profitability analyses
• Collaborate with TECH teams to maintain and improve Power BI finance reports and data models
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support commercial teams and business decision-making
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience working in an international or retail environment is a strong advantage
• Previous professional experience in the UAE is required
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar data tools is highly valued
• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English language knowledge is a must-have
