This job advertisement is in lieu of 5 currently open senior individual contributor (Commercial) Finance Analyst positions across different teams at Cisco Poland.
Members of the Finance organization are generally expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office (Kraków) attendance each week.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in Finance / Accounting
- Data analysis and financial modeling experience
- Fluency in English (effective communication skills required for forming relationships, and working with business partners / executives)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical mindset and independent problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Finance or Accounting degree (or relevant professional qualification like ACCA/CPA/CIMA)
- Experience supporting Sales organization in a Finance capacity
- Eagerness and experience exploring and implementing new technologies or solutions (AI, process automation, data manipulation, data visualization, building dashboards)
- Cross-functional collaboration (working with senior Finance and business stakeholders)

Key responsibilities involve managing the weekly bookings forecasting process, identifying areas for business transformation, and providing actionable insights to influence sales strategy. The role also ensures compliance with SOX requirements and supports monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure financial predictability.
1 vacancy – Commercial Finance
This position sits within the EMEA Commercial Finance team, focusing on the structuring and optimization of complex, non-standard deals. The role is critical to balancing company and sales objectives by performing deep-dive pricing analysis, restructuring deal terms, and mitigating financial risks. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams (including Sales, CX, BU Finance, Corporate Revenue, Legal, and Cisco Capital) to ensure that all deals are aligned with internal policies and revenue recognition standards.
1 vacancy – Sales & Service Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
This role is a key position within the FP&A team, focusing on the financial planning process, pipeline/funnel analysis, and new year readiness. The analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate bookings forecasts, reviewing seasonality, and analyzing year-over-year dynamics. A major focus of this role is process automation and innovation; the analyst will use advanced tools like Excel and Power BI to design dynamic dashboards and streamline workflows, providing real-time insights to management and stakeholders.
1 vacancy – Global Virtual Sales & Engineering (GVSE)
This role provides financial oversight and support to the GVSE organization. The primary responsibilities include building Opex and headcount forecasts, conducting forecast vs. actuals analysis, and performing deep-dive investigations into cost drivers and business trends. The analyst acts as a financial expert for the Sales Org Leadership team, supporting decision-making and ensuring that the operating environment adheres to Cisco’s compliance and ethical standards.
1 Vacancy – Customer Experience (CX) Centers Finance
This role is within the CX Centers Finance organization, supporting the EMEA CX Global Center. The analyst works closely with CX leadership and the Operations team to manage the financial health of the business, including budget planning, monthly forecasting, and the assessment of financial variances. A key objective is to drive innovation and simplification in reporting packs and financial models to provide clear, actionable insights into the drivers of financial performance.
