Finance Analyst – MEA 06J26

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team focused on the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance, analysis, and insight to support the strategic and operational decision-making processes. As a Finance Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and the efficient allocation of resources. You should have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. The role requires a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is passionate about delivering impactful financial insights that drive business growth within the MEA regions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance and assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial forecasting tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in budget preparation and management activities for the MEA region.
• Identify trends and variances from budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Support financial audits and liaise with internal and external auditors as needed.
• Prepare presentations to communicate financial insights to senior management.
• Participate in business process improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Provide ad-hoc financial insights and support whenever required by stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies applicable in MEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years professional experience in financial analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with financial software systems, preferably ERP systems, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards for the region.
