Finance Analyst Founder Associate

The Role

A UAE-based creative and marketing studio operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar is looking for an ambitious Executive Associate to work directly with the Founder. The business delivers creative and marketing solutions for brands in sport, luxury, and lifestyle, alongside a rapidly growing distribution business. This is not a traditional support role — it carries real commercial responsibility and a defined progression path into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and account performance analysis.
• Monitor business KPIs and support strategic planning.
• Prepare commercial reports and management insights.
• Work directly with the Founder on operational and growth initiatives.
• Support client management and commercial conversations.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and business efficiency.
• Contribute to business development and pipeline management.
• Take increasing ownership of client relationships over time.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, investment bank, family office, consulting firm, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&Ls and business performance data.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership mentality, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Low ego with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Currently based in the GCC; GCC nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Motivated by the opportunity to help build and scale a growing business.
