You’ll make a difference by

• Structuring, arranging, and implementing project-related risk mitigation concepts and financing solutions using a broad range of financial instruments (e.g., sale of receivables, forfaiting programs, letters of credit, commercial loans, ECA-covered loans, structured financing, leasing).
• Analyzing project-related risks and developing bankable and commercially viable risk profiles (e.g., Performance Contracting, leasing models, multi-sourced ECA financings, PPP projects).
• Acting as a key interface with the international and regional financing community, including banks, investment funds, leasing companies, ECAs, and private risk insurers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local and regional financial institutions across the Middle East, enabling efficient deal execution.
• Driving new opportunities and business models with embedded financing solutions in close collaboration with Siemens entities.
• Preparing financing documentation during bid phases, supporting negotiations, and ensuring successful financial close.
• Coordinating and monitoring financing-related documentation within project execution.
• Ensuring effective reporting and stakeholder communication.
  
  

Your success is grounded in

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience within the Middle East region, ideally in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and banking practices.
• Proven track record of working in corporate finance, banking, or financial services within the region, with hands-on exposure to regional deal structuring and execution.
• Approx. 5+ years of relevant experience in a bank, financial institution, or corporate finance function.
• Strong expertise in trade finance, project finance, export finance, or structured finance.
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards, particularly IFRS.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and operate effectively within regional business environments and stakeholder landscapes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
