Role Overview

The Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company. This role coordinates finance activities, liaise with banks in terms of bank opening and access, deals with legal documentation in collaboration with legal and compliance department and monitors deadlines and filing requirements with regulatory, and other authority requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the opening of bank and PSP accounts with the related documentary requirements
• Monitor finance deadlines and ensure timely reminders for the team in terms of compliance with all the regulatory, tax and other filing requirements.
• Maintain list of banks and PSP users and perform periodic review ensuring all active users are authorized.
• Liaise with Legal and Compliance departments ensuring corporate documents for all entities are up to date
• Assist the team in getting the necessary access rights to banks, EMIs and PSPs
• Communicate with the team and other internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Prepare minutes of the meeting and discussion points during finance meetings
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
