Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and manage the entire finance function of our BPO and workforce outsourcing company. This is the highest-level finance position within the organization, responsible for financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, payroll finance control, cash flow management, reporting, and business financial planning.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in outsourcing, manpower supply, payroll-intensive operations, WPS management, client billing, cost control, and UAE financial compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the complete finance and accounts department.
  • Develop financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Advise management on financial planning, profitability, investments, and risk management.
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term business plans.
  • Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Oversee all accounting activities including:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • General Ledger
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Payroll Accounting
    • Revenue Recognition
    • Cost Allocation
  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.

Payroll & Workforce Finance Management

  • Manage high-volume payroll finance operations for outsourced employees.
  • Supervise WPS salary processing and payroll funding requirements.
  • Monitor employee cost structures, overtime, allowances, visa costs, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

Client Billing & Revenue Management

  • Oversee client invoicing, recurring billing, and contract-based revenue management.
  • Monitor collections, outstanding receivables, and client payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation between operations, contracts, and finance.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop departmental and operational budgets.
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize financial resources.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
  • Analyze profitability by client, project, and service category.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • UAE Corporate Tax
    • VAT Regulations
    • WPS Requirements
    • Labor-related financial compliance
    • Audit requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
  • Prepare audit schedules and financial reports.

Banking & Cash Flow Management

  • Manage company banking relationships and financial facilities.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.
  • Handle financial planning for large payroll cycles and operational commitments.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and present:
    • Financial Statements
    • Management Reports
    • Profit & Loss Reports
    • Cash Flow Reports
    • Budget vs Actual Analysis
    • Payroll Cost Reports
    • Revenue & Margin Analysis
  • Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff.
  • Develop internal finance SOPs and controls.
  • Improve finance workflows and automation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • ACCA / CA / CPA / CMA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 7–12 years of finance experience.
  • Strong experience in:
    • BPO Industry
    • Workforce Outsourcing
    • Payroll-intensive operations
    • UAE Finance & Tax Compliance
  • Strong understanding of:
    • WPS Payroll
    • VAT & Corporate Tax
    • Financial Reporting
    • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Cash Flow Management
  • Experience handling large employee payroll operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP/Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or BPO companies.
  • Experience managing multi-client payroll and contract billing operations.
  • Experience handling high-volume workforce financial operations.
