A Snapshot of your day

Engage in challenging on-site technical work specializing in Field Service for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, or Generators. Your day includes hands-on tasks such as mechanical assembly, disassembly, and turbine tile replacement with attention to detail and expertise.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Perform assembly and disassembly of turbine frames (2000E and 4000F) and turbine casings/components.
  • Operate hydraulic tightening equipment (e.g., Hytorc/ITH) with precision.
  • Confidently manage lifting, rigging, and follow technical instructions/drawings.
  • Ensure safety compliance, including confined space and working at height training, and maintain Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) practices.
  • Complete detailed documentation of installations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and equipment failures.
  • Assess equipment condition and apply corrective or improvement measures based on standard protocols.


What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of Field Service experience, including 1-2 years maintaining prime movers in power stations.
  • Experience with 4000F and 2000E turbine tiling is a strong advantage.
  • Background in Field Service or breakdown maintenance is beneficial.
  • Over 2 years of experience leading small teams (up to 5 people).
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) with experience in multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage.
