Field Sales Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Field Sales Specialist to acquire and grow B2B clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, presenting our services, and building long-term partnerships. This is a pure sales role with a focus on new business development.

Target Clients:

• Hotels & Hotel Apartments
• Airbnb / Holiday Home Hosts
• Salons & Spas
• Gyms & Fitness Centers
• Clinics & Medical Centers
• Restaurants & Cafés
• Corporate Offices
• Retail shops with staff uniforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across Dubai.
• Visit businesses in person to introduce Laundry Khalas services.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Track all sales activities and pipeline in CRM or reports.
• Represent Laundry Khalas professionally at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development (laundry, hospitality supplies, cleaning services, or related industry preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel across Dubai).
• Knowledge of Dubai's business districts and commercial areas.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Fluent English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus.
