Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business growth strategy, driving sales performance and spearheading the development of a robust sales force. Your role is critical in ensuring that our field sales activities are both effective and aligned with our company's strategic objectives. Managing a team of sales representatives, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales efforts across various territories, ensuring the achievement of key sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to refine our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership, analytical skills, and field experience will support your team’s success, delivering outstanding sales performance and expanding our market reach.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to meet changing demands.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in sales initiatives.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.
  • Organize and oversee training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Design incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing sales staff.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales productivity.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel frequently to support and oversee field sales activities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
