The Field Sales Manager 23D25 plays a critical role in the company's growth and customer acquisition strategy. This position is responsible for driving sales targets and expanding the customer base by developing and executing a robust sales plan. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of sales staff in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
