Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a dynamic and pivotal role in any organization's sales department, primarily responsible for selling products or services to customers in designated areas. The executive actively seeks new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, developing new leads, and maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers. This role involves a significant amount of time travelling to meet clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Field Sales Executives must be adept at closing deals, meeting sales targets, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed set sales targets consistently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking systems is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently are required.
