Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a vital part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for generating revenue and expanding our customer base through direct engagement and relationship building. You will be on the front lines, engaging directly with customers in various locations. Your primary goal will be to close sales deals by expertly explaining the benefits of our products and services. This is a role that requires a passionate individual with excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the sales process, and a knack for negotiating deals. By leveraging your knowledge and expertise, you will help boost our sales and solidify our presence in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through proactive field visits and presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Demonstrate and clearly describe product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively and efficiently.
  • Report sales activities, including visits, revenue, and customer feedback regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Continuously update knowledge on company products and industry trends to stay competitive.
  • Provide timely follow-up on sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to contribute to team objectives.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit those needs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales productivity tools is preferred.
