Field Force Supervisor

Main Job Scope

• Guide, coach & motivate his/her team members to achieve their assigned tasks.
• Transfer the company strategic direction to the field force and send feedback that help the management to develop a decision.

Job Responsibilities

• Close monitor of field force activities within a specified area to achieve established sales targets.
• Coach field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
• Ensure proper coverage of customers as per agreed action plan.
• Accurate and updated database for assigned area identifying new customers and adding to the existing customer database.
• Analyse business potential in his assigned area and report to his superior.
• Contribute ideas/feedback to managers and marketing team that help to develop business plan.
• Promote Company’s image and products through professional presentation.
• Achieve assigned target on monthly, quarterly and yearly bases.
• Arrange meetings with KOLs in his/her territory.
• Co-operate with product manager to guide the team to achieve better market share as well in other activities as new product launch events, standalone, conferences.
• Ensure the marketing message is received by customer in proper way and match to the marketing department strategy .
• Making a market survey in order to find an opportunity that support our goals and vision by looking for the customers, classifying them and putting action plan to utilize them as much as possible.
• Track ROI on major events which had been done.
• Improving the skills and looking for the areas improvement in order to ensure better management quality and inspiring the medical representative.

Job Location: UAE(covering all UAE)

Job Requirements

• Bachelors of pharmacy or any related sciences
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Flexibility in job location
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
