At Networks Telecoms, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of utility telecommunications, playing a pivotal role in the seamless operation of modern electricity networks. As a leading-edge provider, we are integral to the success of the ESB’s digital strategy, enabling innovative solutions and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of energy distribution. Our commitment to cutting-edge technology and continuous improvement makes us a crucial partner in driving the future of smart energy management.
Network Telecoms is undergoing substantial growth; we deliver multiple work programmes which amounts to a significant annual capital and operational investment. In addition to our own work programmes to expand and maintain the private telecommunications network used to monitor and control the transmission and distribution networks, we also deploy and deliver telecommunications infrastructure for new demand and generators seeking to connect to the electrical grid to support ESB’s Networks for Net Zero strategy. With an ambitious fibre delivery roadmap for PR6, this is an excellent opportunity to lead the expansion of fibre optic technology across the electrical network for ESB Networks.
The Fibre Programme Delivery role is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to lead and shape infrastructure rollout while enabling the delivery of major capital programmes. The role is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple fibre work programmes and for meeting agreed project timelines. You will lead the team that provides fibre expertise across ESB Networks, working closely with various parts of ESB Group and delivery partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
