About The Role

FF&E Designer – Interior Design

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Designer to join an interior design team, supporting the selection, specification and delivery of furniture, fixtures, finishes and accessories across interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts and schemes in line with the overall interior design direction and client brief. * Source and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, artwork, accessories and decorative items. * Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, mood boards and presentation materials. * Research and source suitable suppliers, manufacturers and products, considering design, quality, budget and lead times. * Liaise with suppliers to obtain samples, quotations, technical information and product availability. * Work closely with interior designers and project teams to ensure FF&E selections are coordinated with the overall design. * Attend supplier meetings, showroom visits and client presentations as required. * Review samples, finishes and material submissions to ensure they meet the approved design intent. * Support procurement and installation, including tracking selections and resolving FF&E-related issues through project delivery. * Keep up to date with new products, materials, suppliers and trends within the interiors market.
  
  

• Degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline. * Previous experience in an FF&E-focused role within an interior design consultancy/studio. * Strong eye for furniture, materials, finishes, colour and styling, with good attention to detail. * Experience developing FF&E packages from concept and specification through sourcing and installation. * Good knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers, materials and FF&E products. * Proficiency in relevant design and presentation software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple specifications, suppliers and project deadlines. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * A strong portfolio demonstrating FF&E selections and completed interior projects.
