Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with interior designers to develop comprehensive FF&E schemes for projects.
• Source, select, and specify luxury furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts.
• Prepare and present detailed mood boards to communicate design ideas to clients.
• Ensure all selected FF&E items meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Manage and oversee the procurement process of FF&E items from various high-end suppliers.
• Maintain and update inventory of FF&E items to optimize the design process.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in luxury design and innovative materials.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the accurate installation of FF&E components.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to support the project’s overall schedule.
• Prepare detailed FF&E project documentation for client presentations and internal records.
• Engage with clients to discuss project progress and incorporate feedback into designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an FF&E design role within the luxury sector.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles and luxury market trends.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and client expectations.
