Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.As an FF& E/Interior Designer reporting into the Interior Design Manager-Hospitality, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in DubaiResponsibilities includeAs a representative of Studio 360, should maintain the integrity and sprit of the organization.Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectually to the organizational needs. And if leading a meeting, minute and share the notes as per set procedures immediately and follow up till task completion.Should adhere to all studio manuals, procedures and protocols.Always deliver high quality output/standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.Assist LDP(Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studio’s Vision as set by Board/Investors.To be highly organized, self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills.Is required to devote himself/herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during the working hours and if required beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables an its status.Flag the risks of delays, cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment its known.While going on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables which affects our/client business needs. Set up Proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed, and RA’s have constant update on the tasks for effective tracking.Be accountable for own work and subordinates’ work. -Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).Should be able to perform under pressure and tight targets.Follow all QA/QC check for all work procedures under the scope. -Should be always in smart business attireHeres what youll needFF&E / ID Hospitality Designer with a primary role focus on FF&E design, able to support team on hotel interiors in a designer capacity across when required.FF&E / ID Hospitality Designer will collaborate with the design team to develop FF&E proposals that align with the design direction and budget.Create presentation from concept to detailed specifications of furniture, fixtures, materials and equipment.Prepare information for the in-house procurement team use. -Maintain and update FF&E library and stay up-to-date with the industry trends.When required support the team in designer capacity, assisting in preparation of design presentations including sketches and material boards, working with drawings including GAs, RCPs, sections and elevations and details under the supervision of Senior/Lead ID Architect.Sector focus on 4* and 5* Hospitality and F&B projects, with sectors of Residential and Retail being a bonus.Able to work on design rollouts as well as develop new hotel design guidelines. -Able to develop FF&E designs through all phases of work with minimal supervision of Senior/Lead Designer and/or ID Manager.Must demonstrate knowledge of specifications & documentation, product & supplier resources, budgets, FF&E and OSE services, and regional design codes.Work in a collaborative manner with the design and procurement team, as well and liaison with external suppliers and manufacturers.Able to work cross-sector as required by project workload.Strong understanding of FF&E brands and budgets, materials, colour palettes.Attention to detail and well-organised to manage FF&E selections and specifications. Author: Name / Rev.Advanced skills in SketchUp/InDesign/Photoshop required, good working knowledge of REVIT/CAD.Educational Qualification:BS in Design, Interior Design or ArchitectureExperience:Minimum 5-10 YearsComputer and software proficiency:Microsoft Office Excel, adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, RevitIndustries acceptable:Interior Design for Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed use and commercial
