Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and manage schedules for students, divers, and instructors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate with instructors and staff to allocate resources and manage bookings effectively.

  • Record and maintain daily sales transactions, course bookings, and product orders.

  • Track order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service through WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, and website messages.

  • Handle customer inquiries, share course/trip details, and assist with bookings or issues.

  • Generate and maintain reports for management on schedules, sales, and operations.

  • Support the operations team with administrative and logistical tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets in particular).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service experience across digital and phone channels is highly desirable.

  • Prior experience in scheduling, administration, or sales support is an advantage.
